smartapp.az provides:

• order and sales management
• menu and product management
• analytics and reporting

The platform does not provide fiscal or tax integration and does not replace a fiscal cash register.

3. Legal Disclaimer (Tax Responsibility)

smartapp.az is not a tax or fiscal accounting system and does not replace such systems.

Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws and regulations of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

smartapp.az bears no responsibility for users’ tax obligations, reporting, or compliance with governmental authorities.

4. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for account security. The platform is intended for users aged 18+.

5. Trial Period

smartapp.az provides a 14-day free trial period.

6. Payments

• Subscription-based service
• Monthly or yearly plans
• Prices may be changed at any time

7. Refund Policy

Due to the availability of a 14-day free trial:

All payments are non-refundable after activation.

Exceptions:

• service not provided due to technical issues
• where required by law

8. Prohibited Use

Users must not:

• attempt unauthorized access
• provide false information
• use the platform for illegal purposes

9. Limitation of Liability

smartapp.az is not responsible for:

• internet failures
• technical issues
• third-party service disruptions

10. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
